Marchetti Lab, founded by Alberto Marchetti, represents excellence in artisanal gelato, rooted in quality, simplicity, and transparency. Based in Turin, it exclusively uses high-quality Italian raw materials, often sourced from Slow Food Presidia, and crafts its products in open-view workshops. Among its standout projects is Zabà, created in collaboration with Sermig—a premium zabaione made with fresh free-range eggs, Italian sugar, and fine Marsala, celebrating the best of Piedmontese tradition. Since April, we have also acquired the historic Fontana confectionery, renowned for its Nocciolini di Chivasso—delicate hazelnut meringues made with egg whites, sugar, and PGI Piedmont hazelnuts.
