Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monocultivar Casaliva
The oil features a green fruity aroma of fresh olives with hints of aromatic herbs and a light olive fruity fragrance. Its taste is herbaceous and well-balanced, with sweet sensations complemented by slightly bitter and spicy notes and a slight almond hint. This oil pairs beautifully with appetizers, fish and meat carpaccio, vegetable soups, and bruschetta.
Produced using a continuous cycle and cold extraction method, the oil retains a light green color that may vary in intensity depending on the maturity of the olives. It has an exceptionally low acidity (0.3%), reflecting the careful harvesting and pressing process.
As a premium oil, Casaliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recommended for raw use, enhancing dishes with its delicate and refined flavor.
Available in the following formats:
0.50L and 0.25L in glass bottles.
