Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil 100% Italian

Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from a careful selection of Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and other olive varieties, grown with respect for nature using organic cultivation methods. Harvested from late October to late November and cold-extracted within 24 to 36 hours, it preserves all the richness of its natural flavors and beneficial properties.

With a fruity aroma of fresh olives and a delicately herbaceous scent, it offers a smooth, sweet taste with a subtle bitter and spicy touch. Its versatile character makes it ideal for enhancing the flavor of vegetables, meat, and fish, both raw and cooked.

Produced through a continuous cycle biological processing method, using a hammer crusher and centrifugal decanter that eliminates the need for additional separation, our oil retains its green color with yellow reflections and maintains an exceptionally low acidity (0.2% – 0.4%), ensuring superior quality and purity.

Available in the following formats:

1L, 0.50L, 0.25L in glass bottles
3L in tin cans

Experience the authentic taste of organic excellence in every drop.
