Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a careful selection of Casaliva, Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and other olive varieties, grown in our groves with passion and dedication. Harvested from late October to late November and cold-extracted within 24 to 36 hours, it preserves all the richness of its natural flavors and beneficial properties.

With a fruity aroma of fresh olives and a delicate almond scent, it offers a smooth, sweet taste with a subtle bitter and spicy touch. Its versatile character makes it ideal for enhancing the flavor of vegetables, meat, and fish, both raw and cooked.

Produced with a continuous cycle milling method, without the need for an additional separation process, our oil retains its green color with yellow reflections and maintains an exceptionally low acidity (0.2% – 0.4%), ensuring superior quality and purity.

Our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in different sizes to suit all needs:

Glass Bottle: 1L, 0.75L, 0.50L, 0.25L
Tin Can: 3L, 5L
Each format ensures the highest quality and freshness, preserving the oil’s exceptional flavor and nutritional properties.

Experience the essence of our land in every drop.
