Pasticceria Fraccaro has been in the confectionery production market since 1932. Located in Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso, Italy), it has now become a large pastry shop where products are still made in an artisanal way with the same passion as the small family business. All of our products are made with a special ingredient: mother yeast, which not only gives a natural softness, but also makes the product digestible and maintains the organoleptic properties such as fragrance, flavor and aroma for a long time. The company specializes in the production of conventional, organic, vegan and gluten free panettone, pandoro, colomba, focaccia, croissant and brioche.
