Semi-Candied and Candied Sour Cherry

Our visciole are also available in formats tailored for food processing businesses: both semi-candied and fully candied sour cherries are easy to use, particularly for baked goods or as a garnish for cakes and biscuits.

The difference lies in their Brix levels:
- semi-candied reach 60° Brix
- candied reach at least 70° Brix

Semi-candied cherries are softer and more moist, while candied ones are firmer in texture and contain less water, making them slightly more reliable in terms of the final product’s stability.
