Our “Regina di Visciola”, an ancestral-style sparkling sour cherry wine, is a reinterpretation of the traditional beverage from Le Marche. It is created in full respect of tradition, while offering a tasting experience that appeals even to those who do not usually favour sweeter flavours.
It is characterised by its bright rosé colour, with subtle red hues, aromas of red fruits, and a refined, delicate effervescence that is never overpowering. Its savoury and fresh acidity replaces the typical sweetness, allowing the true character of the fresh fruit to shine through.
Best kept refrigerated at 4–5°C and served chilled.
