Sour Cherry in Syrup
To make them, fresh visciole are placed in large glass jars, sugar is added, and then time and sunlight work their magic. The result is a naturally flavourful, aromatic juice and soft, succulent cherries—perfect for decorating cakes and desserts, enjoying with pancakes in the morning, or, for more refined palates, as a sweet-and-sour sauce to accompany meat.
Only strictly Italian visciole and sugar are used, with no added thickeners such as pectin or other spices. A completely natural taste.
