- Occitan Gin is one of the earliest Italian gin recipes, inspired by the original "dry juniper liqueur". It is made from hand-picked juniper gathered in the Occitan Alpine valleys of Italy, where the air of the Mediterranean meets the mountains and the culture of Occitania. From this encounter come the distinctive organoleptic qualities of the product.
