A long chain, which starts from plantations in the Southern countries of the world, where the workforce is made up of 70% of women.
Miss Moka is an extraordinary Specialty Coffee, a valuable product, but first of all a unique project, aimed at supporting women’s work and entrepreneurship in coffee plantations.
The blend is composed of coffee from Brazil, Guatemala and Colombia. Brazilian coffee is harvested at 1050 m and processed with natural method. Guatemala is instead worked with the washed method, as well as Colombia, which is left to ferment for 72 hours. In the cup it has a good body, a low and pleasant acidity, followed by a medium-high sweetness. The taste has notes of ripe fruit in pulp, caramel and dark chocolate.
