HOW TO PREPARE: toast the contents in two soup spoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Add around 1 litre of boiling vegetables stock, season with salt and cook for around 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, put the lid on and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
