Caseificio Pezzana, a historic cheese factory in the Piedmont countryside near Turin, known for its production of typical Savory cheeses is also one of the iconic producers of tomino, a typical Piedmontese cheese .
Over 80 years of history , We produce cheeses with extreme care and respect for tradition, using exclusively Piedmontese milk .
Durind the years our Tomino has evolved with unusual combinations and formats, always aiming to satisfy the consumer needs. Not least, the version made with buffalo milk.
